1、 Regional distributor
The contracted regional distributor has the exclusive right to be responsible for channel construction, distributor management, and after-sales service within the region. The company issues corresponding authorization procedures for the contracted regional distributor and guarantees its rights, that is, not to establish another distributor within the region during the validity period of the contract.
2、 Authorized distributor
For distributors in the early stage of cooperation, in order to control the operational risks of both parties, distributors interested in operating company products can apply to the company for a special distributor. After the special distributor has been operating for 6 months and meets the franchise conditions for regional distributors, they can apply to the company for a regional general distributor.
